I don’t think I would believe the website. If the website were telling the truth, I think there would be an announcement about the Asteroid 2010PL7. Besides, a scammer could have searched up a picture of Dr Martin Cologne and copied it to his / her website. If it had been Dr Martin Cologne himself who wrote that warning, I think that he would have included scientific information about the asteroid. So, I would just continue with my daily life.
