If I were in Mr Lu’s Climate Club, we could initiate an exciting project called “Upcycle and Recycle!” As “Waste Warriors”, we can learn how to sort our school trash into different bins for composting and recycling, which will reduce the amount of waste we produce. We can become “Eco-Inventors” and create innovative things like reusable shopping bags or sun-powered toys that are beneficial for our planet. We can also be “Recycling Artists” and collect things like paper and plastic bottles to craft beautiful artwork, showing how we can use things again instead of throwing them away. Furthermore, we can be “Crafty Kids” and use things we usually discard to create exciting crafts, helping us learn about reusing and recycling. In our “Upcycle Challenge”, we can find old things such as t-shirts and transform them into something new and useful, like tote bags. To encourage our friends to join us, we can organise fun workshops and competitions while discussing how these fun projects help the environment. Remember, waste is not waste until you waste it. Together, we can make a big difference!
