If I were a Mapmaker, I would create a school map that includes an enchanted garden. This garden would be filled with diverse plant species, some of which glow in the dark, change colours with the seasons, or have medicinal properties.
It would serve as a living classroom, where students could learn about botany, ecology, and sustainability firsthand. In the garden, there would be quiet nooks for reading, spaces for art and music performances, and areas dedicated to mindfulness and meditation, promoting mental well-being.
Additionally, the map would feature interconnected, solar-powered classrooms designed to blend seamlessly with nature, fostering an appreciation for the environment. A river would flow through the school grounds, providing a habitat for wildlife and a peaceful place for reflection.
This map, if it became reality, would create a vibrant, harmonious learning environment that inspires creativity, promotes health, and deepens students’ connection to the natural world, making the school a truly wonderful place to be.
