One day, 😝(Squinting face with tongue person) looked at the busy streets of his home and decided it was the perfect day for going to the newly-opened mega funfair.
When he got there, he saw a familiar face. “😰(Anxious person)! I didn’t think you would come to the fair! You’re usually too scared about the dangers of the funfair rides,” 😝 remarked. He secretly thought 😰 looked even more blue-looking that day. The blue part of 😰’s face was a stark contrast to the pale yellow part. But, 😝 wasn’t too worried. It was in 😰’s nature to be half-blue.
😰 looked nervously at the tall rides around them. “Well…I am scared, but I know that if I keep on worrying too much about the dangers of doing fun activities, I will miss out on the good things in life,” he explained wisely. 😝nodded in approval, then motioned for his friend to follow him to one of the rides.
The first ride looked extremely fun. It featured a giant ✏ (pencil) that was revolving around a 💽 (disc), rocking backwards and forwards at breakneck speed. It slowly filled up the 💽 with changing colours as it spun. Two 👯(women wearing bunny ears), who were dancing merrily around the disc, followed the ✏ as it traced lines on the colourful 💽 . The emojis on the ride were screaming shrilly in both delight and terror, their spindly little arms clutching the handlebars of the ✏ ride seats. 😰’s eyes widened as he watched the shouting emojis.
“Um…I don’t think I will go on that ride anymore–” he began, but 😝 cut him off abruptly. “Come on, 😰. You yourself said that you will miss out on the good things in life if you don’t do this!” With a reluctant nod at 😝, 😰 forced himself to seat himself onto the ride once the other emojis had gotten off it and 😝 had bought them tickets. He closed his eyes tightly and wished with all his might for the ✏ ride to end as soon as possible.
“EEEEEEEEEEEE!” On the seat beside 😰, 😝 let out a high-pitched scream as the ✏ began to gain speed and spin faster. Hearing his shriek of euphoria, 😰felt a little left out, not being able to experience the fun of the ride. So, despite how afraid he was, 😰 opened his eyes. He didn’t regret doing so.
The mass of colour in front of him, blurred by the spinning ✏, was confusingly beautiful. As the ride started slowing down to let the emojis experience seeing the gigantic funfair in its full glory at a distance, 😰 gazed at all the rides that in the past 😰 would never have had the courage to go on but at the present 😰 was now raring to try. The ✏ bent down to let the emojis get off the ride. 😝 jumped off his seat and walked over to 😰. “Well, that was fun. I’m sure that’s enough for you today…”
“Actually, can we go to the bird ferris wheel over there? I want to sit in the 🐦(bluebird) one,” 😰 exclaimed with such exuberance that 😝 stared at him like he was mad.
From this experience, 😰 realised that emojis don’t need to be what they look like on the outside, for that day, a nervous-looking emoji discovered his true colours and found out that deep down, he was really an adventurous and fun emoji.

Once, there was a 🍡 (dango), it was a really large 🍡 (dango). Two 🏃 (runners) ran past it. None of them knew why it was there. All they knew was that it was there, right in front of their 👀 (eyes). The 🍡 (dango) was 😮 (surprisingly) big. The 🍡 (dango) rolled rapidly. One of the 🏃 (runners) had an 💡 (idea). The 🏃 (runner) jumped onto the 🍡 (dango) and started 🏃 (running). The other 🏃 (runner) 🤔 (thought) it was a 👍 (great) 💡 (idea). The other 🏃 (runner) joined in. Soon, to their 😮 (astonishment), a 🐛 (caterpillar) joined in and started 🏃 (running) behind the 🏃 (runners). It was such a weird ☀️ (day).

Upon 👀(seeing) the 💵(rich) 🙍♂️(tourist)🚶♂️(walk) away from the 👨🏿🤝👨🏻👨🏼🤝👨🏽👨🏿🤝👨🏻(crowd), 👬the (brothers) quickly ✋(took) out a 🔪(knife) and 🔫(robbed) him of his 💎(diamonds), 💍(priceless jewellery), and the 💶(cash) in the 🙍♂️(tourist)’s 🧰(wallet). Unfortunately for them🙁, they 🔫(robbed) the 🤦♂️(tourist) outside the 🚔🚓🚔(police station)😣😵😨. 👬(the brothers) were caught by an 🤥(alert) (policeman) 🚔👮♂️👮when they 🏃♂️🏃(ran) with the 💸(loot).😔

One day, the 🌞(sun), 🌍(earth) and 🌚(moon) split in half, revealing 👽(aliens) in their centre. 🤖(robots) emerged, shooting lasers at all of the 🐠,🦐, and 🐳 (fish, prawns and whales) in the lake.
👯♀️(Two twins who took dance class often) saw this, and🏇(rode a horse with an equestrian ) to an 🚑 which was bringing people to 📍(an evacuation point).
👻 ( a ghost) appeared, 😬(scaring) everyone, including 👩🏫 (a teacher), 👮♀️👮👮♂️(a trio of policemen) and 👨🏻💼(a concierge) .
Soon, the whole world was in chaos. 🍀(Luckily), all the humans had been evacuated. The humans were scared and sad, but the things that had invaded earth thought, “🤞(hopefully) these humans will learn to respect everything!”

One day at 🕔 (5.00p.m.), a 🍔 🍴(fastfood restaurant) 🔓(opened) and invited all 😃😂😇😜🤔😦(emojis) to a party, including their pet 😺 (cats) and 🐶 (dogs). A 🐔 (chicken) got stuck in a 🍟🎁 (fry box) and hopped to the 🥳🎉 (party) as well. While walking to the 🍴(restaurant), the 🥳🎉 (party) of emojis, 😺(cats), 🐶(dogs) and 🐔(chicken) detoured and 🚶♀️(walked) 👇 (down) the 🕳️ (hole) of 💡 (ideas) which had 🍟🪜 (steps made of fries) and created a 🆕 (new)💡 (idea) for the 🍴 (restaurant). Instead of serving 🍟 (fries) in a 🥣 (bowl), they served 🎲 🎲(dice) on a 🍽️ (plate). All the 😃😂😇😜🤔😦(emojis) agreed to this💡 (idea). Even the 😺 (cats) and 🐶 (dogs) agreed. The 🐔 (chicken) showed an 👌(okay) sign. And they 📸 (snapped a shot) on their 📱 (phones) to remember the 💡 🥳🎉 (idea party).

One 🌞(sunny) morning, my parents brought my friends and I to the amusement park which was filled with fun rides and food trucks. Cabby brought a 👜 (handbag) in which she stored many things, like 💵,📔,📋,📱,📷,🔍(money, a pink notebook, her blue phone, a red camera, and a magnifying glass. I don’t know why she brought 💵,📔,📋,📱,📷,🔍(money, a pink notebook, her blue phone, a red camera, and a magnifying glass) but she said it was useful to her.
Soon, we reached the amusement park. Oh what 😃(laughter) did we hear! So loud and joyful. I also heard 😮(a scream) from the roller coaster ride. We quickly went inside and began trying out the different types of 👽 (alien) rides. We tried the best ride of all. The Gyro-Drop ride. Sitting comfortably on the plushy seat, we began rising slowly and uncontrollably till we reached the top and I started to 😱(scream with fear) as I was afraid of heights! My friends, Cabby, Kaya, and Butter were 😀(grinning happily) as the ride was exciting to them but a horror for me! After that, I got off the seat and my face was green like a 👽 (alien). I learnt NEVER to ride without first knowing what to expect after that incident.
