GROWING UP

From: Claire, Pri 5, Methodist Girls’

I look forward to learning new skills, developing more talents to put to good use to possibly help people or make the world better. Additionally, I also look forward to forging new friendships with different people no matter their race, nationality or country and hopefully learn more about them. I also look forward to being old enough to be able to do my own things independently and also being able to even do things like driving a car or staying up late to binge watch movies.

When I am older, I would like to remember the teachers who taught me, the friends with whom I have formed close relationships with, and also my interests as I would like to see how much I have changed over the years. Apart from remembering my childhood, I am sure that when I grow up, I would like to have my current agility, stamina, and reflexes. I always see adults panting or groaning in pain whenever they climb the stairs, and I certainly do not want to be like that in the future!
