If I were part of a whale watching-group, to find White Beak, firstly, I would contact the national environment agency to ask about White Beak. I would also, if possible, ask people along the Pacific Coast to spread the word and keep a look out for her.
As there is no time to waste, after informing my parents, I would pack a bag and borrow a boat to sail out to explore the grey whale migratory route and the last place White Beak was seen. While sailing across the water, we could collect rubbish (e.g. ghost nets, plastic containers) to prevent other sea creatures from suffocating. Maybe this will inspire others to do the same!
More than 100 million marine animals die from pollution each year. We should all do our part to protect marine wildlife. If all the fish in the sea die, we humans won’t have fish to eat, and having no fish would disrupt the food chain badly. With microplastics around, even we are not safe from pollution, so let’s do our part to protect Mother Nature!
