If I were Bell, I would go to the foreign settlements. The situation is clearly dire, and all the adults are sick, in some kind of deep sleep. If the train in the tunnel needs repairing, I would try my best to fix it. With some luck, I would arrive at the foreign settlements. Trey and I would ask around for a cure for this illness. If this illness affects all the adults on Mars, then the adults in the foreign settlements would also be affected. I would work together with the children on Mars and find the source of this mysterious illness.
As the saying goes, “There is always light at the end of the tunnel”. I believe that as long as we keep our hopes up, we will eventually achieve our goals. No matter how hard or trying the situation is, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. But, it is up to us to decide whether we should work towards the light or give up. Therefore, I believe that it is possible to find the cure to this illness and treat all the sick adults on Mars.
