Alyce looked around Wonderland and saw how sad everyone was. The Mad Hatter had stopped having tea parties and the March Hare sat quietly beside him. Even the dormouse did not want to wake up.
Alyce felt worried but she remembered how her father used to tell her to stay brave . She had an idea. She gathered everyone and said, “We might not be able to stop the war but we can still help each other.”
They began to share what little they had. The Hatter made simple tea, the Hare found food, and Alyce told them stories to cheer them up. Slowly they began to smile.
One day, Alyce woke up back at home. The war had stopped, and her father had returned! After settling down for a while, she told her family about the war happening in Wonderland. Her grandmother was instantly fascinated.
A few weeks later, Alyce visited Wonderland again. She was happy that the war there had stopped too! “Thank you for helping us solve our problems, Alyce!” the Mad Hatter exclaimed. “Happy to help! I hope we go on more adventures next time!” Alyce replied.
