The name of my school bus is “Un Paseo Positivo”. This is because in the popular Disney movie, Encanto, the main character Mirabel, tried to remain cheerful and positive throughout the whole movie. The movie took place in Colombia where they speak Spanish. The name of the bus is in Spanish and when translated to English means “A Positive Ride”. Some students dread going to school but the school bus will be cheerful, and the students inside will try to spread positivity.

The name of my school bus would be “Widdershins Bus”. I chose this name because my friends and I are always very goofy around each other and always like to have fun. The word “Widdershins” is a fun way of saying something is moving counter clockwise or in the wrong direction. My friends and I also tend to head in the wrong direction most of the time, whether we are playing a game or going to a new place. That would be the name and reason why I chose “Widdershins Bus” as my bus name.

If my friends and I were to give our school bus a name, we would name it “Jamon”. My best friend, Yi Yang and I love Pokemon. During our free time, we would discuss about Pokemon and where to meet up to play at Pokemon machines. During school holidays, we would drive our bus to various locations and spend our pocket money on these machines. As Yi Yang and I are Pokemon enthusiasts, we aim to drive our bus Jamon, which means “To Japan, for Pokemon” to its native country and experience playing Pokemon in every state of Japan.

I would name the school bus I take “Mindful’ because the bus driver cares about safety and makes sure everyone has his or her seatbelt on before he sets off. The driver also follows all the road signs and does not drive too fast as he follows the speed limit. When he drops us off, he will always say “Goodbye and have a nice day!” very cheerfully. The bus itself is very comfortable, air-conditioned and is painted blue, my favourite colour. I love riding on “Mindful”!
