If I were April, I would choose Blaze because even though he was once called “untrainable,” April has already built trust with him, and that bond is more powerful than pure experience. In a long-distance race, loyalty and teamwork matter as much as speed, so Blaze’s determination and connection with April could help the team overcome challenges. Choosing Blaze also shows courage and kindness, proving that giving someone a chance can unlock hidden strength. While an experienced race dog might seem safer, I believe Blaze deserves the opportunity to shine, and with April’s guidance, he could surprise everyone by racing with heart and bravery.
